Menachem Wakslak, MD is the newest member of Interventional Cardiology Medical Group having joined us in 2013. Dr. Wakslak relocated to Southern California from New York. He received his medical school education at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.
After completing his training in New York City in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology he relocated to Rochester, New York and completed a prestigious two year subspecialty fellowship in electrophysiology with a special focus on complex ablations and the device based treatment of congestive heart failure.
He has been a great addition to our team and has focused on the medical and interventional treatment of atrial fibrillation in particular as well all aspects of arrhythmia and implanted cardiac device management.
He prides himself on being a compassionate physician who recognizes that in medicine one size does not fit all and that the approach to medical care must be tailored to each person and situation. When he is not involved in the care of his patients he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, preferably outdoors.
