Social Distancing & Class Protocols During COVID-19

The CPR Lady, Marni Kallestad, takes all the steps necessary to protect all parties involved during classroom activities from the spread of COVID-19 and any other type of respiratory virus.

Steps Taken to Protect You

Before students use, thorough cleaning and disinfection is done according to CDC and manufacturer guidelines for

· Training equipment

· Manikins

· Class materials

· All class surfaces

Before entering the class, all participants are screened for illness.

6 feet of separation between all participants, including the instructor, is maintained at all times.

Face coverings for everyone are mandatory or entry into the classroom is not allowed.

There is no physical contact between any of the participants, including the instructor, during skill practice.

Gloves are worn for all skill practice.

Each student is assigned their own equipment, disposables, and manikin for the duration of the class session.

AED devices are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before changing users during the class session.

Class sizes are limited to under six (6) students per public health direction. Class sizes are subject to change if public health directions are updated accordingly.
