What Every Patient Can Expect

To assist you with the cost of your dental care, our office accepts PPO dental insurance. We will process and submit the necessary claim forms to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. Please remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier, and you are responsible for all dental fees incurred. Any insurance payments received by our office will be applied to your account balance. To help us understand your specific coverage, please bring your dental benefit booklet with you, and our staff will be happy to review it.
