Mahroo Mofarrahi, MSc, PhD, DMD, Mountain View Dentist

Dr. Mahroo is renowned for her exceptional ability to listen and her warm, approachable personality. A single visit with her leaves you feeling both happier and healthier. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, Persian, and Turkish, she easily connects with patients from diverse backgrounds. To Dr. Mahroo, patients aren’t just clients—they’re family. Dr. Mahroo earned her dental degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and later completed a postdoctoral residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at NYU Langone Dental Medicine. Her postdoctoral training sparked her passion for preventive dentistry. She also holds an MSc in Microbiology and Immunology, along with a PhD in Experimental Medicine, allowing her patients to trust that her recommendations are grounded in the latest dental research. To stay at the forefront of her field, Dr. Mahroo continues to pursue extensive post-graduate education, ensuring she offers the most up-to-date care.

An active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and Santa Clara Dental Society (SCCDS), Dr. Mahroo is committed to her profession.
