Standard Adult Plan

Standard Periodontal Maintenance Plan


  • 1 periodontal maintenance cleaning every 3-4 months
  • 2 exams per year at your hygiene appointment
  • 1 set of x-rays every year
  • 1 emergency exam with x-ray per year
  • 20% off treatment

  • Payment is due in full on the day of service.
