Kara is a Wisconsin native turned Washington adventurer! In 2021, she traded the Midwest for the majestic outdoors of Washington. Kara became Better Way Dental’s front office manager in 2022. She finds joy in working with patients and takes on the integral responsibility of navigating financial and scheduling avenues to help them attain their dream smile!

RDA/Lead Assistant
Evalisa has been a dedicated dental assistant with Better Way Dental since 2022. Her unwavering enthusiasm to acquire new skills is evident in her commitment to providing quality care to patients. Front Desk Associate
Brittany has been a front desk associate with Better Way Dental since 2024. She is dedicated to ensuring your experience with us is smooth and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. With a warm smile and a commitment to exceptional service, Brittany handles everything from scheduling appointments to answering questions about treatments and insurance.
Fei
RDA/Sterilization Technician
Fei has been a dental assistant/sterilization technician with Better Way Dental since 2024. She plays a vital role in ensuring our patients receive top-notch care in a safe and clean environment. Fei brings her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a friendly attitude to every aspect of the job.
Yoshi
Office Pup
Yoshi is the official mascot of Better Way Dental. He is a charming and playful Frenchie who brings a little extra joy and warmth to our practice. While Yoshi doesn’t assist with treatments, he plays an important role in putting smiles on everyone’s faces. Yoshi embodies the care, compassion, and comfort that we aim to provide at every visit.
When he’s not helping us spread smiles, Yoshi enjoys playing with his stuffed elephant, lounging in the sun, and spending time curled up on the couch with his family.
