Advanced Imaging and Technology
A key to the safety and success of complex dental surgery is advanced radiography.
Precision Implant Placement
With the combination of CAT scans, Implant planning software, 3-D digital printing and digital impressions, our ability to place a dental implant safely and successfully is excellent. It allows us to ensure that every possible precaution has been made to reduce the risk of involvement of the nerves of the lower jaw, and the sinuses and nose in the upper jaw. It also helps reduce the amount of chair time and the possibility of complications.

Cone Beam CAT Scans
Cone beam digital CAT scanning allows us to take 3-Dimensional, low radiation, high resolution CAT scans of your facial anatomy. We can then view these images from different angles, take precise measurements, and easily share 3-D data with other doctors.
Cone beam imaging is ideal for patient comfort. It offers an "open-environment" design that reduces anxiety, and images can be taken in as little as 8.5 seconds, limiting discomfort and exposure to radiation.
Implant Planning Software
To view and plan for your appointment, we take the time to accurately plan the implant and simulate the placement of your dental implant using our software. This software is one of the many steps we take to ensure success of your dental implant.
3-D Printing
As technology advances, our office invests in it to benefit our patients. Our office is equipped with a 3-D printer that works flawlessly with the CAT scans and the Implant planning software. We create a personalized 3-D printed implant guide to enable accurate placement of the dental implant. Your safety and having long term success are of utmost importance to us.
Digital Impressions
Long gone are the days of taking molds of your teeth using the “gooey” material. Our office is equipped with state of the art digital scanning which allows us to get a mold of your teeth by scanning them. This information is intertwined with our CAT scan, the implant planning software, and the 3-D printer.
