At Crossoak Family Dentistry, your first appointment includes a thorough exam and gathering any information that our dentist must be aware of in order to provide care specifically to your oral health. We understand that all patients are different and require individualized care.

Insurance and Billing

We work with most traditional insurance plans. To verify acceptance of your specific plan, feel free to contact our office. Crossoak Family Dentistry does not participate in some heavily discounted programs such as certain HMO or PPO dental plans. However, this does not mean that you cannot see us as your dentist or that your plan will not pay on your claims, only that the reimbursement rate may be somewhat less---ask us about the details. Many of our patients have such plans and have been coming to us for years. Whatever sort of dental insurance you may have, we are happy to file the insurance forms for you. We accept payment for any portion you may personally owe via cash, checks, or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans for qualified patients through CareCredit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.

Payment Options

We accept payment by cash, personal check, Discover, Visa, or Mastercard. You may also qualify for interest-free or low-interest financing through our third party billing service (CareCredit). Monthly minimum payments of at least $100 are generally necessary. For timely repayment in 12 months or less, there is an interest-free option. For longer repayment periods (up to 60 months), there is a low-interest option. We can generally find out if you qualify for such financing and make suitable arrangements in 15-20 minutes. If you are interested in such arrangements, please ask before treatment is rendered.

Cash and Senior Discounts

Ask us about cash and senior discounts. These apply only when payment in full is made at the time of treatment.
