Meet Emily Letran, DDS
Dr. Letran is originally from Viet Nam and came to the US in 1981 as a refugee, part of the “Boat People” exodus escaping communism.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Riverside (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) in three years. She is a graduate of UCLA School of Dentistry (Dean’s Apollonian Scholarship) Class of 1993 and received her Master of Science in Oral Biology from UCLA during the same four years.
As a mother of three, Dr. Letran creatively balanced work, family life, after-school life and her personal life as a growing entrepreneur. She continuously takes training and courses to improve her skills to better serve her patients. She truly believes we should always be the best version of ourselves, and part of that is to take care of our body, starting with a beautiful, healthy smile.
Dr. Letran is a member of the ADA and CDA. She actively participates in many philanthropic projects both locally and internationally.
